Montreal, July 2, 2008 – Itergy, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner specialized in strategic consulting and managed services, is proud to announce the appointment of Frank Prattico as Director of Services.
The appointment of Frank Prattico to the management team brings a new dimension to Itergy. With his 24 years of experience in the large enterprise IT industry, both as a customer and as a service provider, he brings both depth and breadth of experience and knowledge to fulfill his new role. As Director he will be overseeing both the Consulting and Managed Services operations.

Frank Prattico’s main responsibilities are to manage the Consulting and Managed Services groups to ensure the highest quality service delivery for our clients. He has worked with some of the largest IT firms in Transportation, Manufacturing, and Information Technology as both a customer and service provider. In the past, Frank has worked in a large IT Service organization and led teams that have provided managed operations across Canada. He has championed the introduction of ITIL-based processes to deliver high quality and efficient systems, methods, and procedures.
Frank Prattico has held various Senior Management roles in a large multinational transportation company. He has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Concordia University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from McGill University.
