MONTREAL — April 7, 2010 — Itergy (www.itergy.com), a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner headquartered in Montreal, is proud to announce the acquisition of WolfBridge Solutions Corp. (www.wolfbridge.com), based in Mississauga, Ontario.
Itergy opened a sales office in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in 2009, and this acquisition is an important step in Itergy’s efforts to expand its IT services in the region. WolfBridge, founded in 2001 as a Microsoft partner, shares multiple competencies with Itergy with a focus on core infrastructure, virtualization, desktop deployments, unified communications, information worker collaboration and IT support services. The acquisition also brings Itergy a new competency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. WolfBridge itself, branded as WolfBridge TSS, was the product of the WolfBridge acquisition in 2007 of triOS Support Services Inc.
