Ralph Loewen, President and CEO
Ralph Loewen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Itergy, which was founded in February 2001. Ralph’s strong leadership, managerial and communication skills have led Itergy through 10 years of consistent growth. In 2005 and again in 2007, Itergy was ranked among the 100 fastest growing companies in Canada by PROFIT magazine.
Prior to starting Itergy, Ralph distinguished himself as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and technical architect consultant in Eastern Canada. Ralph also has previous business experience in a variety of ventures including leadership training and mentoring within a pastoral context. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College and a Master’s degree from Regent College, UBC.
Donald Bauer, Vice-President, Solutions
Co-founder of Itergy, Don Bauer is an IT Professional with over fourteen years of experience in the large enterprise IT industry. He currently manages the Solutions Group, and he is acting as a strategic advisor on Identity & Access Management with large corporations and Microsoft. On behalf of some of the largest IT firms in the world, Don has been providing architecture and design consulting services for the last nine years to global enterprise customers.
Hugh Voigt, Strategic Business Advisor, Upward Revisions, LLC
Hugh started his IT career with IBM serving in a variety of sales and marketing roles including branch, regional and area management as well as national offering and product strategy in IBM's software division. Along the way, he led his teams to double digit sales increases and grew to be a first class business strategist. Since leaving IBM, Hugh has had many triumphs including the sale of Espiria to Solutionary. Today, in addition to his role at Upward Revisions, Hugh acts as a trusted advisor to the Itergy Management Team and has been instrumental in helping to guide the company's success.
Marty Fitzsimons, Director, Enterprise Managed Services
Martin Fitzsimons joined Itergy in the spring of 2005 as a Principal Analyst, within the Managed Services team. He has played a key leadership role in accelerating the growth and expansion of Managed Services at Itergy. Leading a team of 12 individual’s Marty collaborates with Itergy’s sales, marketing and management teams on a daily basis. He oversees and directs all programs and operations related to creating and defining strategic outsourcing and managed services relationships with Service Providers and Enterprises.
Martin has been in the Managed Services business and Telecommunications industry for 15 years, and has held positions in management and service delivery at a variety of organizations, including Rogers Communications Inc, Bell Canada and Fred.Olsen & Co.
