Ralph Loewen, President and CEO
Ralph Loewen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Itergy, which was founded in February 2001. Ralph’s strong leadership, managerial and communication skills have led Itergy through six years of consistent growth. In 2005 and again in 2007, Itergy was ranked among the 100 fastest growing companies in Canada by PROFIT magazine
Prior to starting Itergy, Ralph distinguished himself as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and technical architect consultant in Eastern Canada. Ralph also has previous business experience in a variety of ventures including leadership training and mentoring within a pastoral context. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College and a Master’s degree from Regent College, UBC.
Donald Bauer, Vice-President, Solutions
Co-founder of Itergy, Donald Bauer is an IT Professional with over eleven years of experience in the large enterprise IT industry. He currently manages the Solutions Group, and he is acting as a strategic advisor on Identity & Access Management with large corporations and Microsoft. On behalf of some of the largest IT firms in the world, Donald has been providing architecture and design consulting services for the last nine years to global large-enterprise customers.
Frank Prattico, Director, Consulting and Managed Services
Frank Prattico is an IT Professional with over 24 years of experience in the large enterprise IT industry. He currently manages the Consulting and Managed Services groups. He has worked with some of the largest IT firms in Transportation, Manufacturing, and Information Technology as both a customer and service provider. He has worked in a large IT Service organization and led teams that have provided managed operations across Canada. He has championed the introduction of ITIL-based processes to deliver high quality and efficient systems, methods, and procedures.
Prior to joining Itergy, Frank held various Senior Management roles in a large multinational transportation company. He has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Concordia University and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from McGill University.
